This course will help guide students’ understanding of health as a holistic approach to optimal living. Students will explore traditional Greek culture that research has indicated can lead to a longer life expectancy (). Ample opportunity will be given to eat a Mediterranean-style diet with an exploration of Greek foods and beverages ().

The tour will include major historical attractions, including the and . Time for movement and reflection is included at and the .

Additional stops during our stay include visits to a winery and olive farm and an evening spent in a traditional Greek cooking class. Ample time will be provided for students to explore all Athens offers.

The cost of the study tour is $3,725 (all-inclusive).
