The Caf dishes out more than just tasty cuisine. Numerous charity fundraisers and roundtable discussions are held here. And to top things off, our outdoor patio serves up breathtaking views of Lake Michigan all day long.

The Flex Kitchen is a dining concept rooted in student choice. Students will select a new restaurant concept for this space every semester, providing variety and mouthwatering new flavors twice each year.

Johnny’s Chicken Shack includes your favorite comfort foods, such as the Firebird chicken sandwich, mac-n-cheese chicken tender bowl, waffle fries, your choice of sauces, and more!

Lentz Do Lunch is Carthage’s grab-and-go lunch venue located in Lentz Hall and is great for those who are on the move but want to be able to use their residential meal swipes. Choose from our house-made salads, sandwiches, desserts, and so much more. Don’t forget to ask about our gluten-free items when you visit us.

With menu items like fresh sushi, poke bowls, sushi burritos, and bao buns, Pacific Harbor brings Asian food to the Carthage campus.

Red Zone offers grab-and-go food options. With expanded gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options; freshly baked goods from our bakery; and meal kits, including make-your-own burrito bowls and quesadillas, there are several convenient food options for students with busy schedules. 

After The Caf closes each evening, prepackaged grab-and-go items can be purchased for a meal swipe in the Red Zone.
