Order Transcripts
KUSD participants who are looking to obtain a transcript can do one of the following:
ONLINE
Carthage works with Parchment to accept transcript orders online. Students can request official transcripts to be sent electronically or through the mail. Please click on the link below to enter your order.
BY MAIL
Download the Transcript Request Form. Please send this form along with the appropriate payment to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Registrar’s Office, 2001 Alford Park Drive, Kenosha, WI 53140. Checks should be made out to “ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.” Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once we have received the request.
