For New Students
Congratulations on your acceptance to Carthage!
Now it’s time to find out where you will live and who will be your roommate.
All incoming students will receive a letter from the Office of Admissions directing them to complete an online housing application. Students who have completed the online housing application will receive notification during the summer from the Office of Residential Life (housing@carthage.edu). This information will include your roommate, residence hall, and room number.
All housing information is sent to incoming students’ Carthage email addresses.
When will you receive your housing assignment? This depends on when you submit your housing application.
- Initial housing assignments will be made on June 5th and communicated to students via their Carthage email address.
- We will continue to process room assignments on a rolling basis in housing application submission date order until all incoming students are assigned.
