Welcome back, alumni!

Fire up your 2026 reunion with this tool kit.

At Carthage, Homecoming and Family Weekend is the bedrock of the alumni experience. In 2025, we started the new tradition of celebrating every graduation cohort celebrating their 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th, 45th, 50th reunion, and beyond. While the Office of Advancement and Alumni Relations will provide the foundational support for class reunions and affiliation groups to gather at Carthage during Homecoming Weekend, it is up to volunteers like you to generate excitement and participation for your group. It is fun and rewarding work. Classmates want to hear from each other!

Fill out the quick form below or contact Melanie Landro, assistant director of advancement and volunteer programs, to learn more about your class reunion, how to get the word out to friends, how to sign up as a class reunion volunteer, or to get connected with other volunteers from your class and gain access to additional resources.

And if you haven’t already, please make sure your contact information is up to date, so your class reunion committee can connect with you — and be among the first to receive reunion news!

While reviewing and using the Class Reunion Tool Kit above, know that Carthage is here to help! How we’ll help:

  • The Alumni Office can assist with identifying and connecting class year leaders and volunteers. We can connect you with other classmates who want to form a committee and collaborate on outreach.
  • The Alumni Office will provide all logistical coordination for your on-campus Homecoming reunion event. We will communicate with class year leaders regarding Carthage-sponsored programming, food, timing, ticketing, and locations, and with all alumni about Carthage-sponsored Homecoming events. We take care of all the details — you just need to help spread the word and show up for some fun!
  • If you choose to plan an optional side gathering the night before, we have compiled lists of suggested hotels and restaurants.
  • We will provide additional monthly communications promoting class reunions to all alumni celebrating.
  • The Alumni Office can help you set up a Giving Days challenge for Red and Ready and will provide helpful social media graphics to promote your challenge and virtual event, if you want to plan one.
  • The Alumni Office will track class year giving for recognition at Homecoming.
