Flexible, hybrid classes designed to fit your schedule

Our business graduate program is built with your life in mind. Offered in a convenient hybrid format — with both in-person and online options — you’ll have the flexibility to balance your studies with work, family, and everything else on your plate. Most of our students are working full-time and managing personal commitments, so we’ve designed our program to support a healthy work-education-life balance every step of the way.

Structured in a cohort model, the program allows you to earn your master’s degree in business in just 10 months. Classes are held on weekday evenings from 6 to 9 p.m. (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

One of the most distinctive features of our Business Innovation program is the international capstone project: a nine-day consultancy experience in Barcelona. This immersive trip is more than just travel — it’s a chance to collaborate with real businesses on high-impact consultancy projects through our partnership with Corkscrew. You’ll gain global perspective and build a skillset that employers value in today’s connected world.

During this international experience, you will:

  • Collaborate with diverse clients on real-world business challenges

Admissions and financial aid

Anyone with a bachelor’s degree, regardless of major, can apply. The 39-credit program can be completed in 10 months. Apply by June 1 to receive a $6,000 Carthage grant.*
