The core of the Honors Program is the Honors Experience course. In each of these unique courses, the Honors community comes together for a faculty-led learning experience on or off campus. Whether it’s a trip to the Chicago Symphony with a music professor, a service learning project with a social work professor, or a film screening and discussion in the student union theater, these courses offer learning experiences you’ll never forget. Carthage Honors students do more than master material. They step outside of the classroom to learn from the larger world around them.

Be recognized as a Carthage Honors Scholar
Students who successfully complete the Carthage Honors Program will be recognized as Carthage Honors Scholars, a designation that will appear on their transcripts and diplomas.
