The Director of Annual Giving is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½’s annual giving program. Under the general supervision of the Director of Physical Plant, a Maintenance Technician will be expected to perform skilled work in the areas of painting, carpenter and general maintenance; perform routine maintenance work; and complete related work as assigned.

This position primary focus is on preventive maintenance of heating, air conditioning, and control, this position is frequently required to supervise tradesmen of other crafts and to direct, monitor, and approve actions, performance, and/or products of contractors and vendors as they complete work for ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.
