Biography

Tiffany Panasewicz came to ǿմý with a background in counseling and a commitment to creating a positive and supportive school environment. Before joining the College’s Health and Counseling Center as a counselor, Tiffany worked at a private practice supporting children and young adults through various challenges.

With Carthage being her first role in an educational setting, Tiffany eagerly brings her experience and dedication to support students as they grow and thrive. She strives to ensure everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered. Her approach to providing students with a supportive environment centers on building strong relationships, providing resources, and offering guidance tailored to each student’s needs.

Main responsibilities at Carthage

Tiffany supports students’ academic, social, and emotional development by providing guidance, counseling services, and resources tailored to individual needs. She also collaborates with faculty, families, and staff to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.

Other interests?

Outside of work, Tiffany’s interests include a good Netflix binge day, cuddling with her dog, going to the gym, attending church events, and reading.
