Veronika Durek is currently working on receiving her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Marquette University. She is looking forward to working with individuals from various backgrounds and gaining meaningful experience as she continues to develop her clinical skills.

Main responsibilities at Carthage
Veronika provides short-term solution-focused counseling to students seeking help for various presenting concerns, such as anxiety, stress, depression, identity exploration, interpersonal relationship concerns, and more. She also meets with students, faculty, and staff for consultations around mental health and wellness. Veronika is a confidential resource for students.

Veronika is excited to explore more of Carthage and the surrounding area during her time here.
