Inventory Associate at Uline
A Carthage graduate with a degree in data science, DeAndre Lee ’25 now works as an inventory associate at Uline. In his role, he analyzes stock data, conducts audits, and performs physical on-hand counts to ensure accuracy. He works with a team to identify discrepancies, ensure compliance, and support inventory planning. His work optimizes supply chain efficiency, forecasting, and customer order satisfaction. To further strengthen his skills, Mr. Lee earned a Power BI certificate on the job and is currently pursuing SQL certification.
What have you enjoyed most about your career?
“I enjoy the investigation part of my career — figuring out if and why something went wrong.”
How has your liberal arts education benefited you?
“The liberal arts skill I gained at Carthage and utilize the most now is communication. I use this skill daily to pass along information or work with a team.”
