On Nov. 7, Ðǿմ«Ã½ Model United Nations held its 27th Annual High School Model UN Conference on campus.

Model UN hosted it's 27th Annual High School Conference on Nov. 7 -- its largest conference to date. Carthage students hosted and chaired eight UN Committee simulations for approximately 475 high school students from 25 high schools in Illinois and Wisconsin. This was the biggest conference in the event’s history.

Model UN helps students sharpen their skills through research, writing, public speaking, and diplomacy. In addition to helping students build and refine these skills, they also gain broad knowledge of foreign affairs and current events, as well as confidence in presenting their views publicly. Model UN is open to students of all majors.
