This team competition, in the format of mathematical Jeopardy, includes questions ranging from trivia, jokes, and puzzles to computations requiring serious theoretical knowledge. Carthage won first place this year due to the quick thinking and deep knowledge of team members Dee Drain-Majors ’26, Alan Kwak ’26, Logan Maciejewski ’27, and Dawson Stache ’29.

The remainder of the two-day conference was filled with presentations, including student talks and a guest plenary speaker, with an audience of students and faculty from regional schools. This year, Carthage students Andy Del Real ’26, Dee Drain-Major ’26s, and Alan Kwak ’26 gave well-received presentations focused on their math senior thesis research.

Please congratulate these students for their excellent work!
