Prof. Nancy ReeseProfessor Nancy Reese, director of nursing, has been invited by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) to present and discuss her Individual leadership project and leadership development experience at the AACN Deans Annual Meeting on Sunday, March 26.

The session is titled: Dean Leadership Development Showcase.

The showcase is a panel session focused on emerging issues and new approaches to executive leadership. Prof. Reese is a graduate of AACN’s Advancing Academic Leadership program. Graduates of this program develop final projects, which focus on addressing challenges and opportunities of interest to new and experienced deans. Prof. Reese’s project focuses on building bridges to enhance better collaborative outcomes.
