This innovative, forward thinking, 13 month-long immersion program is designed as the gateway to success and sustainability for new nursing deans and chief academic officers. The goal of the program is to “enhance the executive leadership skills of individuals who seek a high-level skill set to maximize opportunities and meet challenges.”
