The ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Volunteer Program is a new initiative designed to recognize and strengthen engagement between our alumni, students, faculty, and staff through meaningful volunteer opportunities.
We want to know when alumni, or friends of the College, are back on campus serving our Carthage students and community. This program will track, acknowledge, and award volunteer contributions while ensuring alumni and other volunteers have opportunities to remain actively connected to the Carthage community.
Do you have alumni volunteering to speak with your students in class? Are alumni returning to campus to serve as judges at your competitions? Are friends of the College volunteering as panel members for your events?
We want to know! Sharing these details helps us properly track and acknowledge the time our volunteers give in support of Carthage.

Submit your volunteer opportunities
Do you have an upcoming event or class that would benefit from alumni volunteer support? Let us know so we can promote it.
Report volunteers who have served
Alumni already volunteering for your class, program, or department? Please send their names and hours served so we can recognize their impact throughout the year.

- Timely thank-you messages sent from the College — either before or after the volunteer experience.
- Tiered recognition for volunteers based on hours served and involvement, including awards and acknowledgments at events.
- Incentives such as Carthage swag, exclusive event invitations, and features in College publications or on social media.
- Professional and personal growth for alumni through networking, mentoring, and leadership opportunities.
- Support from a dedicated volunteer coordinator to match volunteers with meaningful roles and connect them with key departments and staff.
