Carthage will showcase the first pieces from the Sam and Berry Shoen Collection of Soviet Art in the “Milestones” exhibit Tuesday, Jan. 17 through Sunday, Jan. 29, in the H. F. Johnson Gallery of Art.

The Art Department is offering a brand new course: ART 200J: 2D Animation to engage students in the practice of making animation by transforming drawings and vector images into animated moving images, using a range of software.

The funding provided by Course Hero will help Prof. Williams and Prof. Van Winkle incorporate innovative digital learning and pedagogy in the Legacies of Race and Racism course this fall.

Prof. Jojin Van Winkle’s screenplay “Tanked” was awarded Best Script at the Reykjavik Independent Film Festival (Iceland) on Feb. 22.
